Auxillias Motor Finance Hub launched to support industry amid intense regulatory changes

New online hub consolidates expert advice, resources and updates for motor finance professionals

Auxillias today announced that it has launching the Auxillias Motor Finance Hub to offer a single go-to resource for news, advice and updates on regulatory developments affecting the industry.

With this launch, Auxillias continues its commitment to helping firms navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape that has defined the sector over the last five years.

The Motor Finance Hub is a free online tool that brings together Auxillias’ thought leadership, advisory insights and timeline of regulatory changes. The Hub covers everything from the latest discretionary commission guidance to broader compliance matters like Consumer Duty. Its aim is to give the Auxillias community a reliable, up-to-date resource to manage the daily impact of these changes.

Jo Davis, Auxillias CEO, said, "We created the Auxillias Motor Finance Hub to be an easy way for clients to stay current with the constant movement in our sector. Our clients are facing a time of fast pace legal and regulatory change and a high level of regulatory oversight and they need quick access to resources and guidance that cut through the noise. This hub pulls together our own research and real-time insights in one place. It’s all part of our commitment to helping firms stay prepared and compliant without needing to constantly search for the latest information."

The Motor Finance Hub includes:

  • A timeline of key regulatory milestones in discretionary commission arrangements and other initiatives

  • A collection of Auxillias resources, including guidance on current industry issues

  • Insights into how Auxillias has supported clients through significant regulatory challenges and can support new clients facing similar issues

Visitors to the Hub can also schedule a free initial virtual consultation with an Auxillias team member to discuss any immediate concerns.

Jo Davis added, "We see the Hub as an extension of our Helping Hands virtual workshop programme, allowing clients to access answers, updates and support as quickly as possible. We’re here to make sure they never face these challenges alone."
