George Harbottle joins Auxillias as Lead Legal Assistant
Auxillias, a specialist consumer credit, regulatory and compliance law firm, is so pleased to have George join the team as its lead legal assistant.
In this role, George will support Auxillias’ client base from an administration perspective and provide all the vital business services – such as client onboarding, billing, accounting and day to day office support – to the firm.
Before joining Auxillias, George worked in the banking sector for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in the litigation and both secured and unsecured lending sectors. She also obtained her CeMap qualification in 2014 due to the implementation of the Mortgage Market Review to enable her to assist with conduct risk and quality assurance duties, notably within collections and recoveries.
George Harbottle said: “This role is perfect for me. Auxillias is a great company to be joining and it has a number of really interesting clients. Jo and Daksha, the two founders, are first-rate practitioners and I hope to learn a lot from them. I am looking forward to getting started and bringing my expertise to the table.”
Jo Davis, CEO and partner, Auxillias, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome George to the team. George joining us comes following a series of new client and project wins. She has the right mix of client-facing and business technical support skills to make a real difference to our offering. It’s an exciting time to be joining Auxillias – 2021 is looking to be a busy year!”
George lives in Longford in Gloucestershire, has a passion for horses and a love of food. She also enjoys reading, walking her dog and spending time with family.
