FCA enforcement changes - what you need to know

The FCA’s revised enforcement guide (ENFG) and new transparency policy went live on 3 June - bringing in important changes that all regulated firms should be aware of.

To help you get to grips with the changes, our head of advisory, Paul Godsmark, has written a short paper looking at:

  • What’s changed and what hasn’t

  • When firms might now be named

  • What the FCA’s transparency push is really trying to achieve

  • What you need to do to stay prepared
