Auxillias Board Blueprint now available

A practical board-level guide to FCA expectations on redress

We are delighted to let you know that our Board Blueprint is now available to purchase at the price of £195 via this link.

The Blueprint has been developed as a practical, board-level briefing to help firms understand what the FCA expects from a governance and SM&CR perspective as the redress scheme moves into delivery. It focuses on what boards and senior managers are responsible for, what needs to be overseen and how those responsibilities should be evidenced.

It is designed to be the equivalent of a detailed advice note on this specific area. If prepared on a one-off basis, this type of work would typically run into several thousand pounds. We’ve made it available more widely at £195 to give firms a clear, accessible starting point by focusing on governance, accountability and what needs to sit behind key decisions and attestations.

Practical support for upcoming FCA deadlines

As firms move towards the upcoming six-week FCA submission requirements, we are also supporting clients with preparation of:

  • Senior manager attestation letters

  • Implementation plans

  • Forecast reporting

  • One-off FCA information submissions

For clients requiring support and assistance with preparation or review of the completed FCA 6 week submissions, we are offering a fixed-fee support package of £4,950 + VAT.  Where helpful, we can also provide template submission documents and reporting packs for £1,500 + VAT.

Given the FCA deadlines we would encourage any firms requiring further immediate assistance to get in touch by Friday 8 May.

Our role is to help boards stay in control of the programme, evidence decisions clearly and proceed with confidence as regulatory expectations tighten.

If you would like to discuss how the Blueprint applies to your business and how we can support you further, please let us know and we would be very happy to help.
