Invitation to our next 'Helping Hands' online forum - Thursday 13 June 2024 at 9.30am
Thank you to those of you who joined us at our Helping Hands discussion forum last month and thank you to everyone who provided thoughts on what our next session should cover.
We've now got a date in the diary for our June session - Thursday 13 June 2024 - and hope you can join us!
We have now planned our agenda - by looking at the topics that were highlighted by attendees to our last Helping Hands workshop. As per those requests, the agenda is as follows:
9.30am - Welcome and introductions
9.40am - Commissions Disclosure claims update
9.50am - Affordability
10.00am - FCA and FOS expectations on affordability
10.10am - Vulnerability in line with the FCA questionnaire (incl. the link to Consumer Duty, key risks and challenges)
10.30am - Financial promotions (incl the new gateway, recent FCA guidance on social media marketing, importance of adequare financial promotions and oversight)
11.50am - What does a good point of sale journey look like (incl key deliverables, common errors and acheiving consistency)
